My name is Lori and this is my virtual diary of my journey following Weight Loss Surgery. On
April 15th, 2004 I walked into the operating room weighing in at 514 pounds and I awoke with new hope.
I will make entries often on the Dear Diary page and keep you updated on what is new in my journey, whether it be me crying tears of frustration, or jumping for
joy over some hurdle overcome.
I have pictures on my Photos page following me through childhood and documenting my weight loss as well.
I am logging in every time i weight in and posting those numbers on my Weight Loss Log page. I also have some comparison of measurements too.
My inspiration for doing this blog is twofold. One I want others who are researching or have
gone through this same transformation will be able to read and learn and relate. Two, I want to be able to look back
and remember the blood, sweat and tears that have brought me to where I am. Enjoy.
